Shoghi Communications is conducting field trials on Passive Intelligence Collection System targeted at ISAT Pro and will shortly be launching a new product for the use by defence forces and navies across the world for the security of their country and their maritime zones from adversaries and pirates. The solution will include a portable version which will be based on a single lunchbox PC for easy use by security agencies for their mobile applications.
A strategic system for the monitoring entire region covering several spot beams with a C and L band system is also under development for a launch in the coming months for our government customers to enhance the secutiry against the misuse of the IsatPhone service in acts inimical to the security of their nations.
Isat Phone Pro is a highly developed product launched by Inmarsat to cater for the growing market of personal satellite communications. It was launched in the summer of 2010 and the announcement of the closure of service of its predecessor the IsatPhone, which was developed after Inmarsat took over the operations of ACeS. IsatPhone Pro has been very successful with its capability to provide voice, text and email service at a dollar per minute cost which makes it a very competitive product .
