Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH is the lead company of the Land (Vehicle) Systems Division of Rheinmetall Defence Group. The company is a major supplier of systems for ground forces, whilst it develops and manufactures wheeled and tracked armoured vehicles as well as turret systems and weapon stations. To date, the division has supplied more than 14000 vehicles and subsystems to customers in 36 countries. In addition, the Land Systems division develops the technology for detecting and classifying nuclear, chemical and bacteriological hazards, and offers highly advanced mine clearing equipment.
