Mareco Kunststoffen BV is specialized in producing high quality plastic parts for technical applications. We have a daily experience with moulding of highly qualified thermoplastics, like PEEK, PES, PVDF, PPSU, LCP and IXEF.

Mareco Kunststoffen can offer a variety of moulding processes; regular injection moulding (horizontal and vertical), insert moulding and 2K-injection moulding. We are equiped with moulding machines with clamping force ranging from 250 [KN] up to 3200 [KN] and state-of-theart robotic processes.

Mareco Kunststoffen can offer a complete trajectory of multiple secondary processes, which include 3D laserwelding of plastic parts and assembly work of special units. Laserwelding is an advanced technique to create a lasting and high-graded bond between plastic parts. It is based upon the light transmission properties of a polymer and its absorbing characteristics. By integrating robotic movements, 3D contours are perfectly laser weldable.

Our moldshop Mareco Gereedschapmakerij B.V. designs and fabricates the best tooling for all injection moulding operations of Mareco Kunststoffen. The tooling department has a vast experience in designing and mould making (our tooling division was founded in 1939).
Full integration of our Moldflow Plastics Insight finite element analysis in the tooling design results in excellent quality parts for even the most complex designs. Very important support is also provided by our SLS department which generates (rapid-) prototypes by Selective Laser Sintering.
