Polystyrene

Autonational has since the start of the company been busy with the development, designing and assembly of polystyrene production- and handling machines.
The great experience in this technique has lead over the years to better, faster and well designed machine's which can be assembled faster by using new techniques. Autonational polystyrene production machines are worldwide known for their reliability and product quality.
Our latest developments in polystyrene production are the Thin Wall cup production machines and the In Mould Labelling production machines. Thin Wall production and In mould Labelling can only be done on the machines build by Autonational.

Composite technology

One of the developments of Autonational has resulted in a fully automated composite pipe production line. With a minimum of human interaction our machines are able to produce pipes with a vary on the diameter on very high production speeds The highly innovative production line is able to produce constant quality 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At this technological field Autonational also made machines and did projects for Stork Fokker Aerospace such as handling machines for welding strips to be applied on the A340 and A380 nose and for example the study for production equipment producing the composite floor beams for the 7E7 Boeing.

Besides filament winding machines, Autonational also develops complete production lines for closed mould production processes
– Thermoplastic reinforced materials
– Prepreg materials
– RTM processes

New composite products
Autonational develops new composite products. Examples are various types of threaded connections on fiber reinforced products.
The objective of the product development is generally a production machine for the new product.

Leak testing

By using vacuum around the packing we are able to test online if the packaged is sealed hermetically.
For the packet coffee-pads of Sara-lee we developed this new testing system.
Our system is applicable for air-sealed packing in food, pharmacy and medical. Let us know if you are interested in this method.

Autonational B.V. also developed other methods for non destructive accurate integrity testing and analysis of a large range of air- and liquid sealed packaging, all kinds of packs, blisters, pouches, cups, sachets, bottles, bags, trays and boxes used in the food, industrial, medical or pharmaceutical branch can be tested.

Special Machinery

Besides the polystyrene and composite production machines, Autonational developed over the years hundreds of special machines. A lot of these machines are developed in close relationship with our clients and we consider the technical information confidential, yet there own initiated developments which results in products to use standalone or partly in other markets.
